Marvellous centrepiece, entirely hand made using only slab technique and hand building. You can really appreciate all the manual work going into making a piece like this and that is why it is so popular.
The decoration is meticulously painted whereas the underside has the natural colour of the stoneware clay (creamy white). The colourful lemons are “dancing” happily around the bowl and the decoration is true artwork. Standing on a foot, this centrepiece is very elegant and a focus of attention.
Although it can be used solely as an ornamental piece, it can also be useful as serving dish for a salad at one of your dinner parties or simply for displaying fresh fruit. Simply put, a fabulous heirloom to cherish in your family!
